Fair questions

Is this a GPS tracker?

No - and we won't pretend otherwise. A tracker tells you where your pet is. PetPass is what the person standing next to your pet uses to get them home safely. Plenty of owners use both: a tracker for the search, PetPass for the handoff.

What does a finder actually see?

Your pet's name, photo, and whatever you've chosen to publish - that's it. Your phone number, email, and address stay private unless you personally share them in chat. Finders are told that scanning shares the scan's approximate location with you.

What if my info changes?

Update your profile once and every tag stays current. Nothing is engraved except the code, so a move or a new number never means a new tag.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your pet's public profile and the finder chat keep working. We will never let a lapsed card stand between your pet and the way home. Renewing restores editing and passport features.
